    We are looking for a ERPNext Consultant

    Mandatory Experience of 2+ Years in ERPNext Implementation.

    Industry Domain: – Expertise in Manufacturing, Retail, BSFI & HR/Payroll.

    Should also have knowledge of other domains aswell.

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced ERP Consultant with a strong background in HR, Payroll, and Taxation to provide expert guidance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes, payroll management, and taxation regulations. As an ERP Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to implement, customize, and optimize ERP solutions to meet their HR and payroll needs.

    Must Have Knowledge Of:

    Scope of Work Document (SOW)

    • Business Requirements Document (BRD)

    • Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)

    • System Requirement Specification (SRS)

    • System Requirement Document (SRD)

    • Functional Requirement Specification (FRS)

    • Functional Specification Document (FSD)

    • Creating Wireframes, Test flow, Process flow diagrams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with clients to understand their HR, payroll, and taxation requirements.
    2. Configure and customize ERPNext solutions to align with clients’ business processes.
    3. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on best practices for HR and payroll management.
    4. Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
    5. Stay up-to-date with HR and taxation regulations and ensure ERPNext solutions remain compliant.
    6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to HR and payroll modules.
    7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ERPNext implementations.
    8. Assist in documentation and knowledge sharing with team members and clients.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
    2. Proven experience as an ERPNext Consultant with a focus on HR, Payroll, and Taxation.
    3. In-depth knowledge of HR processes, payroll management, and taxation regulations.
    4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
    7. Experience with ERPNext systems is a plus.
    8. certifications in Frappe HR – HR Consultant will be advantageous.
