The Maharashtra Government has established the “Mahatma Phule Backward Class Development Corporation” under the Companies Act, 1956, on 10 July, 1978, with the objective of speeding up the economic development of economically weaker sections of Scheduled Castes and Neo-Buddhist communities in Maharashtra State.
Requirements
MPBCDC Wanted to develop an Interact Website with CMS (Content Management System) for the corporation which can help the Beneficiaries & Users get all information on regular basis with contact and feedback management
MPBCDC wanted to Operate their Loan Schemes Online with Applications Receiving, Verification & Filtering System for all Branches in Maharashtra under the observation of Collectors with access to all the Managers in respective Regions & District
MPBCDC wanted to Organise all the Inward & Outward Letters Operations from offline to Online
Solution
Fileian Developed an SEO Friendly website with CMS Management System which helped MPBCDC inform and interact with beneficiaries
In Frontend we launch their schemes on a website for receiving applications from beneficiaries on a real time basis with defined scope of work and criteria to upload documents. In the Backend system we develived Super admin with Admin, Managers, Staff to Access with OTP validations for evaluating the applications and built a Randomization System with Multiple Conditions & Filters.
Fieian helped MPBCDC to develop a Custom eOffice management system with Inward & outward management system including Case Management with ID Tracker & Staff Commenting which helps them to track all the files and progress from centralised system on cloud with 24×7 access
Results
After Successful implementation of Website, Web Application & Android Application we have managed around 50000 applications online with Randomization process approved online live in front of Collectors & MPBCDC Staff
