In the period of Covid Pandemic MCGM was facing problems to deliver Food to Beneficiaries
MCGM is the governing civic body of Mumbai, the capital city of Maharashtra. It is India’s richest municipal corporation. The MCGM’s annual budget exceeds that of some of India’s smaller states. It was established under the Bombay Municipal Corporation Act 1888. MCGM is responsible for the civic infrastructure and administration of the city and some suburbs.
Requirements
MCGM wanted to deliver Food Ration Packages according to the wards in Mumbai after verification of the Pre Validated Database on Aadhar Card Number or Mobile Number with the help of Staff and Distributors.
Solution
Fileian helped MCGM with the collaboration of PwC consulting to develop a Centralised Web Application and Android Mobile Application which helps their distributors to simply scan and deliver the kit within a minute after verification from the backend database. It was soon also Integrated with the Milkar Team for large scale distribution.
Results
MCGM was able to easily reach thousands of beneficiaries in No time to complete the target of food allocation in the peak time of Covid Pandemic
